At Maritime Structures, we know that corrosion is the number one enemy of any coastal build. That’s why we chose to be a dealer of MegaDome®.
The building's frames are engineered with low-temperature silicone-bronze welding and pre-galvanized steel as the baseline. The entire finished frame in a 4-mil thick zinc bath, we ensure every inch inside and out is sealed.
Another benefit for our clients in high-salinity or industrial environments, is the Post-Fabrication Hot-Dip Galvanizing for the structure's frame.
This gives you a 50-year life expectancy in standard use and a rock-solid 25 years in heavy industrial settings. For the ultimate "set it and forget it" build, we also offer optional stainless steel hardware.
